How far in advance should I order?

Most orders are ready in as little as 72 hours. For weddings, galas and large corporate events, reach out as early as you can to secure your date.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Every order is custom, and you'll receive your proposal within 24 hours of your inquiry.

Do you deliver in Edmonton?

Yes. We deliver across Edmonton and area, with a delivery fee based on location. Free pickup is available from our southwest Edmonton kitchen 7 days a week, scheduled in advance.

Can you accommodate dietary needs and allergies?

Yes. We offer gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free and sesame-free options. We take full sanitizing precautions, but because our kitchen handles common allergens, every order is labelled "may contain."

Is there a minimum order?

Boards have no minimum. Individual charcuterie cups and boats and Sweet Additions have a minimum order of 10.

What goes on your charcuterie boards?

Every board is built from Edmonton's Italian Centre Shop: imported salumi, specialty cheeses like gouda, brie, Manchego and Red Leicester, fresh and dried fruit, olives, and premium crackers from Carr's, Raincoast Crisps and La Panzanella.

Do you do grazing tables for weddings and events?

Yes. We create full grazing tables with drapery, levels and florals, custom-quoted for your guest count and venue.

Do you offer corporate and client gift boxes?

Yes. We build custom charcuterie gift boxes for clients and employees, with personalized insert cards available.
